This policy explains what Wayne's Tree Service collects through waynestreenj.com, why, and who else sees it. It covers this website only.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service address, the service you need, any message you write, and a photo if you choose to attach one. If you tick the text-message box we also record that consent.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records standard technical information — your approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived. We also record how visitors move through pages so we can see what is confusing and fix it.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or government ID through this website. Please do not send them to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, quote the work and schedule it
- To contact you about a job in progress
- To send text messages, only if you ticked that box
- To understand which pages and ads bring us genuine enquiries
- To keep records we are required to keep as a registered New Jersey tree care business
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other tree care companies or lead brokers. We do share it with the companies that help us run the business and this website:
- Growmile / Tree Care Leadz — our marketing agency. They receive a copy of each enquiry so they can measure which advertising works, and they operate the chat widget and visitor analytics on this site.
- Mailgun — delivers the estimate form to our inbox as an email.
- Google — Analytics and Ads, including a call-tracking number that may be displayed in place of our own so we can tell which ads produce calls.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how visitors move through pages.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website.
These companies act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Text messages
Text messages are sent only if you ticked the consent box. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also call us on (732) 805-0609 and ask to be removed.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but our measurement will be less accurate. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and adjust ad personalisation in your Google account settings.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email records so we can look up past work on a property. Job records are kept as long as we need them for business, insurance and tax purposes. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it, except where we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond. New Jersey residents have rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act; if that law applies to your request, we will honour it.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging tree work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
