These terms cover your use of waynestreenj.com. They are not the terms of a tree job — that work is governed by the written estimate you receive and agree to.

Wayne's Tree Service, 314 Grove St, Somerville, NJ 08876. A New Jersey registered tree care business, NJTC No. 806860, employing a Licensed Tree Care Operator (LTCO No. 565).
Using this site
You may read this website, print pages for your own use, and contact us through it. Please do not copy our text or photographs for use elsewhere, attempt to interfere with the site, or submit other people's details without their knowledge.
Estimates and quotes
Any price shown on this website is a general range, published to help you budget. It is not an offer and not a quote. Nothing on this site is a binding price. Real prices depend on the tree, the access, the equipment needed and the condition of the site, which is why every estimate is given in writing after someone has looked at the job.
Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract or book a crew. We will contact you to arrange a visit.
Emergency work
We answer the phone around the clock and run emergency crews, but this website is not an emergency channel — a form submission may not be seen immediately. If a tree is on a building, blocking a road or touching power lines, call (732) 805-0609. If it involves power lines, call your utility and 911 first. We cannot work on a tree in contact with live lines until the utility has made it safe.
Information on this site
We write about New Jersey tree permits, local ordinances, species and costs, and we take care to get it right and cite the source. Ordinances change, and towns interpret them differently. Treat what you read here as a starting point, not legal advice, and confirm anything that matters with your municipality before you act on it.

Photographs
The job photographs on this site are our own work. If you send us a photo with an enquiry, we use it to quote the job. We will ask first if we ever want to use it publicly.
